2-Bedroom…..approximately $200K - $250K

3-4-Bedroom…..approximately $300K - 350K


Prices will vary for every individual project as size, design, transportation, crane hire, permits and site works are different for every site.

Our Portable Homes / Granny Flats also come with reverse cycle air-conditioning, carpet, hot water service, down lights, TV point, power points indoor and outdoor, outside light and floor, wall and roof insulation.


We are also open to looking at any changes and upgrades that you may wish to do for example you may want ceiling fans, a dishwasher, security system, upgraded kitchen or bathroom etc, please note that not all changes will work but we will always do our best to give you exactly what you require.
